Why does ableton have no sound

I am using asio4all for my blue snowball mic, but there is no output to even select. So the audio never actually gets sent out of the software is all i can figure. Being a beginner one always wonders if it's something I have done that's messed things up but when I read this post I wondered. Anyway the problem seemed to occur when I added a remote monitor to my Windows 10 laptop. After a bit I got round it by checking all outputs, mono and stereo, in the output config box. After I choose my speaker, the sound is there. I can only select 1 audio device, which i believe is for input, but no option for output. Board index All times are UTC.

Doing either will help this issue. Yes, if you have the audio input option on that track selected to the input channel of your guitar running through your audio interface. You may also need the Arm Arrangement Recording button turned on for that track. I am quite a fan of the Focusrite range. You can get Focusrite audio interfaces with 2 to 8 audio inputs. I use the Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 , which only has two inputs enough for guitar and vocals.

However, I have recorded an entire live band using one of the eight input audio interfaces. Hopefully, by following the simple steps above, you have solved your issue of not hearing any playback.

I discovered this when I tried to freeze the track for troubleshooting purposes and Ableton asked for 90, GB of disc space.

Could this have something to do with the audio not being routed to the master or output ? Each of my tracks is sending a signal, but that signal never arrives at it's destination. Anyone who's had this bug experienced the extra-long track?
