Let us play as melee Valor again, but keep the channel upon casting the ult, and preserve the speedy, low-cooldown roaming that newer Quinn players love. That way, those who preferred the old ult can finally play as Valor again, and those who prefer the new one can still have those unparalleled map rotations that only Quinn has to offer.

She has a hard time in 2v2 lanes, because she has low range and using E is suicide most of the time. But if you need an adc that is able to defend yourself solo against Rengar and the likes, she is a pretty good pick up.
I play quinn a lot and she can be a good adc in certain situations. Her passive is only proccable every few seconds. That becomes glaringly insignificant late game against tanks. Quinn is all about the scale, after getting her ult she becomes a mobile gank machine. Crazy mobility, Vault bringing her to a safer distance, and stupid high DPM make her a force to be reckoned with once she starts to get items.
With crit build she scales slightly worse than a late game AD carry.
